White feminism is becoming increasingly dangerous in this progressive era of #MeToo and some people actually being held accountable. While it seems the movement is making big strides, it once again sits women of color in the back. They are to take the wins of white women as wins for ALL women. They forget that Black and Latina women make only around 61-69 cents to a mans dollar, ten to 20 cents less than white woman. The domestic violence and systemic discrimination of woman of color on not on this movement’s agenda. It is sad to see that white women are still believing they they are coming in to save us all. Well just like in the Suffrage movement, most of the women did not even want the right to vote and they did not care about women of color then either. I guess some things never change. Is this what Trump means when he speaks of ‘Making America Great Again’?
